Colorado CTE Educators will be able to receive Colorado State University credit for taking part in multiple activities during the school year (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026). Please view the CTE common checklist and your CTE content area checklists to find out what you can receive credit for before enrolling with CSU.  Please only register for the total of credits (1-5) that you are qualified to receive. *NOTE:  This course cannot be dropped and no refunds can be issued.

To Receive Credit:

  • Review Content Area checklists for number of credits you can receive for specific activities (max number of credits allowed = 5)  You may only receive credit for activities approved on the checklists.

  • As you complete professional development activities, fill out the checklist forms and provide required documentation.  If you have questions about receiving the credit, please reach out to the Program Directors or sara.butler@cccs.edu.

  • Submit your checklist(s) and documentation through the CSU Professional Development Request Form.  One form for each checklist you need to submit (i.e. If you have 2 credits on the CTE General and 2 credits for ACE, please submit each separately on two forms).

  • Once your credits are pre-approved, you will receive an email with the registration link and how to pay for the credits through CSU.   Only register for pre-approved credits, if you request more you may receive a Fail as we cannot offer partial credit.   Once registered, there are no refunds.

  • Grades will be submitted to CSU after July 25th as Pass/Fail for total number of credits requested (1-5 credits).
