New programs: be sure to you have reached out to your cluster area program director for coaching on a new program for your school.

Steps to enter your Program Approval
1. General Information:
Enter all information in the boxes provided.
Tips:
- Employment Demand: ONet is a good resource for this data.
- Enter a detailed description of your work-based learning in the field provided.
- Occupational Information: Select which occupations that your Advisory committee agreed are relevant to your demographic.
2. Contact Information

- Be sure to list all relevant contacts and update any contacts in Universal Contacts in the CTE Gateway
3. Award Information
Program Awards
To add a new program award, us “Add New Award” and fill out all required fields. Use the ‘Edit’ column to modify an existing program award. Do not change banner codes or financial aid information. Reach out to Stacie Amaya for those changes.
4. Course Information

Articulations
- Enter articulations you have with other colleges or universities.
5. Program of Study:

- High School programs will send you invitations to be a part of their programs of study and collaborate. Please review and accept if applicable. Programs must show a high school program of study collaboration.
Assurances
Read all the assurances in the program approval and check all boxes that apply. If you cannot check a box, please list a reason in the bottom comments.
You will need to upload several documents into the system. Please combine all documents for one question as there are is only upload option for each bullet.

Work-based learning (WBL):
