Colorado is committed to the vision of a high-quality, diverse, inclusive, accessible and equitable career preparation ecosystem that provides learners the means to succeed in their career of choice. Building such an ecosystem requires coordination across systems, structures, policies, and practices in collaboration many, many partners in the work. To support this commitment, actionable, transparent, and trustworthy data with a focus on continuous improvement are required.
We collect a variety of CTE student, teacher, and program data to support this work. Additionally, we have a focus on professional development, provision of resources and supports for local leaders and other stakeholders, collaboration within and across the CTE ecosystem, and reflection on and improvement of policies and processes.
